Margie L. Rice is in her 20th year serving on the Board of Directors of the Midway City Sanitary District (MCSD). First elected in November 1990, she has served as the District’s President, President Pro-Tem, Secretary and Treasurer. Director Rice also served as the District’s representative to the Orange County Sanitation District, the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and CSDA.
