Timothy P. Becker

Timothy P. Becker has more than 25 years of experience providing environmental consulting services to both the public and private sectors related to hazardous waste, solid waste and wastewater issues. He is a California Registered Environmental Assessor II and serves as President and Principal scientist for Environmental Guidance, Inc. In 2007, Becker was appointed to the Oro Loma Sanitary District Board of Directors, elected to the position in 2008, and was re-elected in November 2010. Becker also acts as an alternate Board member for the Alameda County Waste Management Authority. Becker’s time spent serving other public agencies will provide CASA with an experienced Executive Board member who is capable of taking on the additional responsibility.

Becker received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Oregon.
