Steve is the Assistant Director of Public Utilities/Wastewater Manager for the City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities. He has been with the Division for 28 years, 16 of those in his current position. His professional affiliations include: Chair of Central Valley Clean Water Association Member of Water Environment Federation, California Water Environment Association, American Public Work Association, and has served as Chair of CASA’s Managers Committee and Program Committee. Steve received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organization Development from Fresno Pacific University and an Associate of Science degree from Fresno City College in Water Utility Science. He was born and raised in Fresno. Steve has been married for more than 28 years and has two adult daughters. His interests include woodworking and Harley Davidson motorcycles.
